Spa Reservations - We strongly recommend scheduling our spa services in advance to avoid disappointment.
・スパのご予約～速やかで適切なサービスを提供する為、事前のご予約をお勧めします。
What should I wear? - Disposable panties (or shorts for men), shower cap, sarong, towels, and slippers are provided for your use during your visit to Jari Jari Day Spa.
・何を着用できますか？～使い捨てパンティ（男性用にはショーツ）、シャワーキャップ、サロン（腰巻き）、そしてスリッパをご用意しております。
How early should I arrive? - We suggest that you arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your reservation. This gives you time to check in, receive your spa introduction and your complimentary floral foot soak. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
・スパには何時ごろ行ったらいいですか？～トリートメントを快適に受けていただく為に、ご予約時間の１５分～２０分前には当店に到着されることをお勧めします。スパ・トリートメント開始の前に、受付＆ご説明の後、花の足浴を受けていただく時間となります。次のご予約のお客様があるため、トリートメントは、時間通りに終了いたします。
How can I pay? - We accept Visa card, Master Card and cash (Malaysian Ringgit).
・支払い方法は？～ビザカード、マスターカード＆現金（マレーシア・リンギット）でお支払いいただけます。
What should I bring - Just Yourself. Please do not bring any jewellery or valuables with you to the spa as we take no responsibility for their loss or damage.
・持って行くものはありますか？～体ひとつでいらしていただけます。宝石他貴重品などは、お持ちにならないでください。当店での貴重品の紛失または破損については、責任を負うことはできません。

Hours of Operation - Open 7 days a week. From 10.00 am - 10.00 pm, Monday - Saturday and from 11.00 am - 10.00 pm on Sunday & Public Holidays.
* Last appointments at 9.00 pm.
・営業時間は何時ですか？～年中無休です。月曜日から土曜日は、午前１０時から午後１０時、日曜日と祝祭日は、午前１１時から午後１０時までの営業となっております。
＊最終アポイントは、午後９時になります。
Age Requirement - Jari Jari Day Spa is an adult environment. For this reason all clients must be 18 years and above. We also offer limited services for Kids aged 8-12 and a parent or guardian must accompany them throughout their appointment.
・年齢制限は、ありますか？～ジャリジャリ・スパは、大人のリラックス・スペースですので、１８歳以上の方からのご利用となっております。お子様のトリートメントは制限があり、８歳～１２歳とさせていただきます。その際は保護者同伴でお願いいたします。
Client Comfort - As our clients' comfort and enjoyment is our utmost priority, please feel free to speak to your therapist regarding any concerns or individual requirements you may have - we would like to make your visit to Jari Jari Day Spa as enjoyable as possible.
・クライアント・コンフォート～お客様に安らいでいただき楽しんでいただく事が、ジャリジャリ・スパのポリシーですので、どうぞご遠慮なく、セラピストに対して様々なご質問やご要望をお伝えください。
Cancellation - Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us a minimum of 8 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please call us at 088-272606
・キャンセルについて～お客様のご予約に対し、最善の準備をしますので、ご予約なさった日時にお客様のご事情による変更またはキャンセルが生じた場合には、少なくともご予約時間の８時間前に、０８８－２７２６０６までお電話でお知らせ下さるようお願いいたします。
Special Health Conditions - If you have any health concerns, do let us know in order for us to recommend the most appropriate treatment for you. The Management shall not be responsible for any unforeseen allergic reactions to the treatment received.
・健康状態について～特別な持病や健康上の問題がある方は、ご予約をなさる際にスパ・マネージャーにその旨をお知らせ下さるようお願いいたします。お知らせが無く、トリートメント処方中・処方後に、アレルギーなどの症状が出た場合には、当方は責任を取りかねます。
Respectable Conduct - Please note that our treatments are based on a strictly clean and therapeutic approach. The Management reserves the right to remove any clients from the spa premises for inappropriate behavior, chargeable at the published rate.
・迷惑行為について～私共のスパは、清潔かつ正規の治療法に基づいたサービスを行っております。当スパは、お客様が、迷惑または不適切な行動をされた場合には、即退去していただく権利を有します。その際にも、料金の全額お支払いをいただきます。
Alcohol and Heavy Meals - The consumption of alcohol or heavy meals before your treatment is not advisable.
・飲食について～トリートメント前のアルコールの摂取とヘビーミール（重い食事）はお勧めしません。
