Appointments and Bookings

Please book your appointments as early as possible. Spa bookings can be made on 088-272606 (Tanjung Aru Plaza) / 088-487259 (Suria Sabah) / 088-311696 (Palace Hotel) / 03-21066888 (FoW)

Operation Hours:

Monday to Sunday, inclusive all public holidays:

Opening hours: 10.00 am – 10.00 pm
(Last appointment will be at 9.00 pm)

Mode of Payment:

All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. We accept Visa and Master cards. All prices are subject to 6% Government Tax and 5% Service Charge.

Age Limit:

Jari Jari Spa is an adult environment. Children must be at least 12 years of age and accompanied by an adult for admission to the Spa.

We ask you to respect the following age:

• Ladies’ Spa and Gentlemen’s Spa: Minimum age of 16 years and above
• Kiddies’ Spa is available. Please consult our Front Desk Personnel for further details.

Late Arrivals:

We suggest that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes earlier prior to your appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, we are unfortunately unable to extend your treatment beyond the agreed time. Your treatment time will thus be shortened accordingly.

Valuables:

Lockers are provided inside our Spa Premises. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room safe.

Special Health Condition:

Please consult our Front Desk Personnel before booking your treatment if you have high blood pressure, allergies to essential oils or any other special health concerns, so that we may suggest the best way for you to enjoy your spa experience.

Preparing for your treatment:

We suggest that you should not consume any alcohol or heavy meals before your treatment. Please note that women should not shave before salt scrubs. Exfoliation treatments should be avoided if you have sunburn.

Attire:

We provide all our guests with hygienic disposal panties, shower cap, sarong, towels, slippers and shorts for men to wear during their treatment.

Draping:

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. Your therapist will leave you to change in private, and throughout the treatment you will be draped with towels. Covering all parts of your body not being treated.

Cancellation Policy:

Please inform us at least four hours in advance on 088-272606 (Tanjung Aru Plaza) or 088-487259 (Suria Sabah) or at sales@jarijari.com.my if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment.

Spa Etiquette:

Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you turn off all mobile phones while at the Spa. Please do not use video or photo cameras during your visit. Jari Jari Spa is a smoke-free zone. We also request that you keep the level of conversation down so as not to disturb other guests.

Gift Vouchers:

Please consult our Front Desk Personnel if you need to purchase Gift Voucher.

Respectable Conduct:

Our Single Treatment, Spa Treatment, Body Spa Treatment and Couple’s Spa Treatment are based on a strictly clean and therapeutic approach. The Management reserves the right to remove any guest(s) from the Jari Jari Spa Premises for inappropriate behavior.

Cruelty Free:

Every product in our range has been accredited cruelty free. Our products are never tested on animals nor do they contain animal’s derived ingredients.

Spa Retails Product:

Please consult our Front Desk Personnel on the various spa items which are available at our Spas.

Guest after Care:

Massage makes the body systems function more efficiently, speeding up waste removal and the elimination of toxins. Thus, the after-effects may include: frequent urination, headaches, thirst and sleepiness.
