What To Expect
Here are some useful points to help you make your visit to Jari Jari Spa as enjoyable as possible.
Please remember that your comfort and enjoyment are our utmost priority and we always aim to provide excellent service for our valued clients. Please feel free to ask for advice on any issues which may be of concern to you.
Spa Reservations
We strongly recommend scheduling our spa services in advance to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation
Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us a minimum of 8 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.
What should I wear?
Disposable panties for ladies, and/or (shorts for men), shower cap, sarong, towels, and slippers are provided for your use during your visit to Jari Jari Spa.
How early should I arrive?
We suggest that you arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your reservation. This gives you time to check in, receive your spa introduction, and your complimentary floral foot soak. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa card, Master Card and cash (Malaysian Ringgit).
What should I bring?
Just Yourself. Please do not bring any jewellery or valuables with you to the spa as we take no responsibility for their loss or damage.

Upon request, please contact our Spa Manager for arrangements. Last appointment – 8pm.

Open 7 days a week. From 10.00 am – 10.00 pm including Public Holidays.
*Last appointments by 9.00 pm.
Age Requirement
Jari Jari Day Spa is an adult environment. For this reason all clients must be 18 years and above.
We also offer limited services for Kids aged 8-12 and a parent or guardian must accompany them throughout their appointment.
Client Comfort
As our clients’ comfort and enjoyment is our utmost priority, please feel free to speak to your therapist regarding any concerns or individual requirements you may have – we would like to make your visit to Jari Jari Day Spa as enjoyable as possible.
Special Health Conditions
If you have any health concerns, do let us know in order for us to recommend the most appropriate treatment for you. The Management shall not be responsible for any unforeseen allergic reactions to the treatment received.
Alcohol and Heavy Meals
The consumption of alcohol or heavy meals before your treatment is not advisable.

Service Charge (5%) and Government Tax (6%)
All treatments and services are automatically subject to government tax and service charges.
Respectable Conduct
To ensure a memorable experience for all Jari Jari guests, use of cellular phone inside the spa premises is prohibited and we kindly request all guests to keep noise to a minimum level. Smoking inside the spa premises is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the rights to remove any clients from the spa premises for inappropriate behaviour and such clients shall still be charged in full for the treatment package as ordered at the published rate.
